bfi Steiermark is the largest educational provider in Styria. They needed a user-friendly e-commerce portal that allows customers to easily book courses.
In a first step, our team analyzed customer data and discussed previous challenges. This was followed by the UX phase, where we developed the navigation concept through an iterative process, continuously testing and refining it with users. The final step focused on designing the UI.
